Design District

A former industrial neighborhood reimagined as a creative hub. The masterplan preserves the best of the existing buildings · warehouses, a factory, a grain silo · and inserts new ones where gaps need filling.

A central plaza hosts fashion shows and exhibitions, while the surrounding blocks mix studios, workshops with shared equipment, showrooms, and co-working spaces. There is a design academy for courses and a materials library focused on sustainable options.

Residential lofts and a small hotel keep the district alive after hours. The whole thing runs on a shared energy system with district-wide water management and waste reduction.
